CALL FOR ENTRIES FOR OUR NEXT CHARITY DESIGN PROJECT!!

Submit your favorite homeless shelter or charity center for us to redesign!

Vanessa Squared Productions is on the hunt for our NEXT project and we are listening to you. Please (comment here) the name of a homeless shelter in the Los Angeles area as well as a contact name, an email address, and a website (if there is one) and your submission will be carefully reviewed. The selected shelter will be announced soon!

Thank you to everyone who came by on Friday to our opening of The Teen Project we had a great event packed with people and tons of press! The news vans were camped out for quite a while on Market St!

Thank you to all of our donations and to everyone who participated in helping out and giving your time. We all appreciate it and so will the teens!

A huge thanks goes out to the designers who created a beautiful P.A.D. for these kids. I cannot thank you enough for putting all your time and energy into this project. Thank you so much for your talent, it shows.

Winston's Mezzanine Area

Winston Carney and I sat down the other day and went over her design for the mezzanine area. Greyish blue walls, stones wallpaper from Hygge and West and hot pink cushions (*not shown just yet). We are super excited and cant wait to see the outcome when its all done. The kids will absolutely love it!

Would you like to donate and don't know what we need? Take a look at this list and email us if you have pieces to donate. We can make arrangements to pick up and deliver.

We are looking for donations of MODERN furniture pieces:
Colorful pieces from Ikea, CB2 etc.

Pieces we need:
Reception chairs
Lamps (floor and table)

Large modern art pieces

Hello, and welcome!

I am very excited to announce I will be working as the lead designer on a new Teen Project located in Venice. The owner Lauri Burns (who is such an amazing woman and her story is incredible *check out the website for her journey in life) is venturing into her second Teen Project facility in Venice Beach.

The facility will be a drop in center for teens to find a meal, get some shelter for a few hours, meet with a therapist or find a place to sleep for the night. There are no bedrooms or sleep areas in the space. Only lounge areas, a kitchen, computer stations, reception and a therapy room.

The space is incredible and its one big empty white box right now that we will transform into an amazing new teen center for these kids to enjoy. Please contact Lauri at The Teen Project for press and media questions, pictures and more information on her organization.
